We applied in July. Still no NOA2. I'm sure our file has been lost.

When did you put in that service request? I would seriously contact your Congressman

Agree with this totally. You should contact not only your congressman, but both of your senators. The more of them you get involved, the better the chances they actually look at your case. July should be completely done by now and they honestly should immediately expedite any July cases for people who put in a service request after this long.

We have put in a service request. They said to call in 4 months if we don't hear anything. As if we haven't waited long enough.

are you kidding me?? You are a July 2012 filer and they say you should wait more months but they approve January, february, march people? That's just the most ridiculous thing ever, I'm so sorry to hear but you should def call your congressman as soon as possible!!

You shouldn't wait, contact your senators. Most Senators have aids who take care of these things on a regular basis. There's really no reason you should have to wait for someone to look into your case after so long

Ok thanks I'll look in to who the Senator is. Its peoples lives they're putting on hold. They don't even care. They were quick to take my 350 dollars though. The wasted no time in that! Funny how fast they can work when its something that benefits them.
