Hi Everyone:

Well after being overjoyed when my received an email from USCIS earlier today we had quite a letdown. We were mailed a second RFE today May 23rd. This is getting very frustrating. I wish they would have totally reviewed the entire application before they sent the first RFE (4/23/13) so that this would not happen.

Our first RFE was a request for an updated G-325A and DS Forms or I-693. My wife had to get a new medical exam for the I-693 and we sent the forms as instructed per USCIS with guidance from the website. I an pretty sure this second RFE is unrelated.

I work aboard ships and was hoping she would have had her green card before I leave in about 3 weeks. Doubtful now. Anyways thanks for reading everyone it is nice to vent to people who understand what we are going through. Best of luck to everyone still waiting and we're keeping our fingers crossed here.

Still no hard copy of 5/23 RFE. Now the website says we were sent another RFE on 5/28. Just got off the phone with tier 2 USCIS officer who was very friendly but couldn't provide much in information. He said an RFE was sent out on 5/28 but not sure about 5/23. He put a service request in for the 5/23 RFE. This is so frustrating...

Has anyone had any experiences with the date on the USCIS website for an RFE changing or received a 2nd RFE? I haven't seen too many people getting 2 RFEs.

Thanks,
Brent

Im going thrugh adjustment status case also we have question if anybody can help us out, we received RFE saying we don't make enough income and need joint sponsor so our lawyer told us to send last year tax return with my wife daughter as co-sponsor,last year tax my wife and daughter make almost $25000 which is enough for property guide line also with her new job she makes more, we give lawyer taxes, paystubs and employee letters and all that but today we received second RFE says submit all supporting tax documentation also mark with pen says 2014 again, we don't understand what they really asking, are they asking all the documents again or they need just tax 2014 , USCIS give us 45 days to submit the stuff , I really feel like lawyer messed up, please let us know your opinion,
