Congrats! Did you also receive regular mail? Do you live in Tirana? We have been worried about the postal service. Not that we are even there yet.

Hey guys! My name is Mira and I'm a US citizen. I called in today to see if my case was complete and it turned out that it was complete since Thursday June 6... So now I'm waiting for an interview date for my husband. Any luck for the rest of you that have been waiting before me??

Regular mail was sent to his house as well as through email. April 22nd dated mail did not get to his house until June 5th. We didn't need it anyway because they send email but there is a long delay.

Hi!

The rregular mail delaying about a month or more, but for my case I didn't know that it needs a mail from nvc, but the mail (my folder) from nvc to Tirana embassy delay 3 day smile.png

Shpresa, from what I know about interviews being scheduled Is that it all depends on when your case is complete. If your case was complete at the begining of the month, your interview will be scheduled at the begining of the next month, if it was accepted at the end of the month, then it will be at the begining of the month after that.

For example, yours was completed May 22, your interview will be around the beginning of July.

Mine was competed June 6, so I'll have an interview date by the beginning of July as well.

Is this based on a fact? Do you mind sharing with us where you found that info? Our case was approved in Vermont yesterday. I hope it gets to the consulate before the end of the month.

What do you mean? Then postal process in Albania? I just want know if you guys or your spouses had trouble receiving the mail that the consulate sends you in Albania?

I read it online when I was browsing around, I don't remember where exactly though, so just keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.!

Thank you for your quick reply i am just nervous because of the elections do not want anything to get lost in translation.

I honestly dout anything will get lost because of Elections.! The embassy has nothing to do with the elections. But one other thing I could recommend is sending the NVC emails. And calling them over and over again.! I called three times a week and email them all the time.! So my case was competed pretty quick cuz I annoyed them to the max hahaha

I honestly dout anything will get lost because of Elections.! The embassy has nothing to do with the elections. But one other thing I could recommend is sending the NVC emails. And calling them over and over again.! I called three times a week and email them all the time.! So my case was competed pretty quick cuz I annoyed them to the max hahaha

Which number is that? Now that its approved how do i know when it will go to the embassy?

Just relax ok! No need to stress yourself because it's not going to make it better.! Ok so Tirana will send your interview date to NVC and NVC will email you your interview date and that same time wil mail your documents to TIrana.

Your interview date will get emailed to you like all the rest of the stuff the NVC sent you. Once that is done, they mail your documents to Tirana. You can check the status of your case online which shows when the documents left, when they are in transit and when received by consulate through NVC website https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx

You can even track by DHL website but this is a little more confusing. http://www.dhl.com/en.html

That is only to see that your documents arrived at the consulate safely. The interview appointment can be printed directly from email to be taken to the interview.

I just realized you are a K1 Visa and not sure if that is the same info for that. But most likely...

I'm still waiting on my NOA2. It's been 7 month and nothing.

USCIS I-130

01-23-2013 : NOA1 - Processing @ NBC (MSC)
11-25-2013: NOA2 - Checked status via the USCIS website

1-10-2014: Case Received by NVC

5-22-2014 CASE COMPLETE!
