I GOT MY DECREE OF ANULLMENT SINCE LAST YEAR IT WAS COME OUT WITH A THIN PAPER( COURT PAPER) TOGETHER WITH THE COURT ORDER FOR FULL CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN.

DO I NEED TO GET A CERTIFIED TRUE XEROX COPIES OF BOTH?

I NOTICED THAT MY FINALITY & DECISION THAT MY LAWYER GIVEN TO ME ARE COME OUT WITH CERTIFIED TRUE XEROX COPIES except sa decree & court order for custody

As Tintin and Mike stated, can get from the court that released the decision, or as my wife who got her copies from the local civil registrar, they gave her xerox copies and newly stamped them as certified xerox copies.

You can get certified xerox copies of the Decree and court order along with the Finality and Decision at the RTC who handled your case.

To add to this question, guys:

Do we need a CENOMAR submitted on the interview? Or NSO copy of annotated marriage certificate will do?

Is the annotated MC already certified by NSO or is that from the local civil registry?

If it is NSO certified, then I believe there's no need to have the decree registered at NSO.
