My i485 status still in acceptance since june 19. Should I be worry?

It won't change until your case is ready for interview or you get a request for evidence.

Day 0 (03/15/2013): AOS package mailed


Day 1 (03/19/2013): AOS received by USCIS


Day 8 (03/26/2013): Money orders were cashed


Day 10 (03/28/2013): NOA received


Day 14 (04/01/2013): Received Biometrics Appt. Letter: April, 19th.


Day 21 (04/08/2013): Received an Request for Inital Evidence and changed address online


Day 23 (04/10/2013): USCIS confirmed address change


Day 25 (04/12/2013): RFE hardcopy


Day 32 (04/19/2013): Biometrics done


Day 35 (04/22/2013): RFE mailed


Day 37 (04/24/2013): RFE received


Day 38 (04/25/2012): RFE review


Day 50 (05/06/2013): I-485 updated to "testing and interview"


Day 54 (05/10/2013): Interview letter sent. Interview on June 12th.


Day 57 (05/13/2013): Interview hard copy received.


Day 68 (05/24/2013): EAD card went into production


Day 78 (06/03/2013): EAD received


Day 87 (06/12/2013): Interview at the Raleigh/Durham office *** APPROVED***goofy.gif


Day 87 (06/12/2013): CPO; I-130 approved; Registered as new resident (3 emails)


Day 97 (06/22/2013): Green Card received dancin5hr.gif (valid for 10 years)

We filed our 1-485 on may 28. On June 19th we got a RFE because of. School records. I Bearly got RFE thru my lawyer on the 09 July. Today I sent it off to the lawyer on 7-16. I know it will take alteast 3-4 weeks just for the case to start up again. But when should I get my 1-765 processed and most importantly an appointment date? I am going thru the USCIS Los Angeles Office

My husband interview is on 8/12/13. We have to go the lawyers office to prep for our interview. However I am having a big problem about my case. They are asking my husband to pay -an additional $950 :( for prep and the interview. The office stated that the paralegal will prep us? Is this true? Plus told us it will be only $250! For the interview ......what is going on?
