Why at St Lukes are they asking for my fiance's annulment papers? how is that a part of the medical, anyone have any insight please?

Applicants are required to bring the final court decision with them along with annotated Marriage Certificate from NSO at the time of their medical exam. They'll go through Psych Eval for additional P1000 fee regardless of them being the petitioner or the respondent of the annulment case.

why would she go thru that , when she already had 1 too get the annulment in the first place?

Because it's part of the medical exam at SLEC. The annulment/divorce papers are listed as requirements.

Applicants whose Civil Status is "annulled" or "divorced" are required to present the annulment or divorce papers before their medical report can be completed.

It doesn't matter how many times she has gone through the same thing, it's a required process. You could fight it or just simply follow it, up to you guys

Your answer doesn't apply to all cases, not all annuled will need a exam, yes they will need to look a papers. It depends on how the annulment was written wether parties were incapacited or not, thanks for the info though guys.

You could dispute it all you want, we've been to the process. I never said "Exam", I said Psych Eval these are two different procedures and different fees.

You've inquired about why they've asked your fiance for annulment decree papers, we both answered and said it was required.

True that not all annulment cases will need an exam. Also very true that all annulment cases do need to present their annulment docs at the medical. Ms Glenmar had her medical earlier this month and presented her annulment documentation. She did not have a psych exam.

Depends on the reason listed for the annulment whether SLEC will require an evaluation.

Remember SLEC only does what the embassy dictates, won't do you any good to try to fight it.
