I am so furious right now with NVC. Our petition was approved on march 4 and it is still at NVC. They have now requested more things 3 times now.. of course it takes about 3 weeks in between each request. With my a i 864 I sent my 2012 w2 along with my previous 2 years tax returns since I had not filed taxes as of then for 2012.. Then few weeks later they request my 2012 return. Then 3 weeks later they request another copy of the DS-3032 which I sent again. Now today they are asking for other copies of photos and my wife police cert which I sent all back in March. This is all doing nothing but wasting time. First of all they have all these documents as they were all sent together and even if somehow they didnt .. then they should review entire package then send 1 letter saying exactly what else needs to be done. Not 1 email. then weeks later another email then weeks later another email.

I have to try to call them tomorrow and pray to have the strength to not go off on them and cuss them up and down at the top of my lungs even though thats how I feel... that is if I even get a hold of someone.

I just want my wife here. this is beyond stupid how long this process has taken

At least you are active and not just sitting, staring into space, wondering what is going on. If you pay close attention to what they are asking, make sure you get everything on the list, then send it in (instead of maybe rushing, not saying you are but we want this to go faster so people have a tendancy to rush) it could end up costing you less time. Best of luck to you!

hey mikeandclara - how much of the LingChe ShortCut, in the wiki, are you utilizing?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
