another day at work. Finally I am starting to get over this cold. I felt like I coughed one of my lungs up  just glad the coughing stopped. Our inspections came back on the house we are buying. A few minor things they need to fix but other wise everything is fine. We also had them mark the property lines. It's a huge property. Sits on 2 1/2 lots. Closing date is Dec. 14. Dread the moving though.

Hope everyone had a nice thanksgiving!

if i'm reading your profile right, you live in or near nebraska? have you ordered a radon test for this house? also, how old is the home? if 30+ years you might also consider a lead paint test.

Hope the rest of the week is good for everyone as well. It's so nice to have this week off...next school term we're only getting three days. Eh, it's ok...not everyone has that much time off during the holidays so I'll not complain.

Happy wedding day to you Charles and Nessa...make sure you post some pics, eh?

Yep live smack dab in the middle of nebraska. No lead base paint, but not sure about the radon. I'll have to look into that.

thanks!

For anyone who has met me, or even seen my pics....i did something drastic yesterday....i colored my hair, very dark brown....it scared the he*L out of me, but i did it, and everyone loves it....first time i cant call myself blonde..... :)

GOOOOOOOD MOOORRRNNNIIIGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's cold and cloudy here this morning, but it's going to be a great day! I made myself get out of bed this morning, caught the bus and got to work. I put in my hours for this week, and found out that I am getting 4 hours of overtime! Then I looked on the USCIS site at my case status, and saw that it was touched yesterday. Turns out that it was approved and they sent for a new work document. Guess we did everything with the EAD correct. YAY!:dancing: Now Adil can get a good job and put that master's degree to use! Now I think we might start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Hopefully it all goes downhill from here.

I have a dentist appointment tonight after work. Getting one of my teeth capped becase I have a nice little piece of it missing. It happened when I was eating a granola cereal of all things. Oh well. now it'll be fixed and I can hopefully start preparing to get the Invisaline. Anyway, that's all the news I have for today. I hope you all have a good day, weekend, and Thanksgiving. Don't eat too much!

According to that map, the only time I didn't live in an area with radon was when I was in Florida.
