You can call. They will also e-mail you. Wait a week after your NOA2 before you start banging their doors down. They don't even know they have your file until someone starts working on it.

If the petitioner sent a G-1145 they may receive an email or else everything will be sent via snail mail. It is best to call and be able to get the case number and the invoice identification number as well as hand of BOTH email addresses so that future correspondence will be emailed.

I would give them at least a week or two to receive your case then start calling for the numbers.

to receive the case # ? BEST WAY IS TELEPHONE.

usually best for the petitioner to call in, and when the casefile is given by the NVC TeleOperator, then ask for invoice identification number

and then

IF the NVCTeleOperator asks for the two email addresses, the clock starts at NVC for processing.

There are other ways, of course.

One can use email

or

one can do nothing, wait for postal mail from NVC.
