I can't believe I'm saying this! I'm too happy right now!!! Why?? BECAUSE OF THIS!!

Post Decision Activity

On May 22, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

It's so funny how I was worrying about the new processing times posted on the USCIS website! Little did i know my prayers have already been answered! Thank you LORD!

For my fellow VSC December filers, yours will come anytime soon! Hang in there!! Now happily updating my timeline :)dancin5hr.gif

Now I have a small problem, I won't be able to sleep and I have to get up in two hours to have CFO seminar. Lol.

- Placed in AP March 14,2012

- Sent back to USCIS November 2012

- Expired March 2013

WASTED A YEAR FIGHTING THE DENIEL

MARRIED MARCH 15, 2013

1-130 Approved 3/3/2014 :-)

Finally made it home 3/18/2014

08/30/2013 - case received by the consulate (but not in the system yet)
