Doesn't she/he need the CR-1 or K-3 timelines and not the K-1's?

you are correct. But they can search themselves! People who ask without even trying to search timelines get on my nerves!

Shut up Devilette. People like you get on my nerves, who lash out at others for no reason. If you weren't so thick, you would have read my post where I said I had looked. I didn't think I had to defend myself from the hostile, but obviously I do:

For your information, there were a grand total of two records of UK couples who had a similar timeline to me, doing CR-1 and going through London. I DID A SEARCH FOR THOSE WITH SIMIALR STATS TO MYSELF.

So I'll ask whatever I bloody well like on VisaJourney, so keep your nasty little opinions to yourself and stop being such a sanctimonious little prig. I bet you're a right pain to live with. How do people like you ever get married? I expect it's your type who end up divorced.

I was merely asking a question because I wanted to, I DID look at the info, and I also said I had in my post.

I would take a long hard look at why you need to start arguments with strangers - if you aren't married yet I guess you can't take your personality out on him yet. God, poor bloke.

I expect you're horrible in real life.

ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS? YOU ARE WISHING DIVORCE ON ME??? wow wow wow. All because I told you to search (which you obviously did not)?

Word cannot express how much of a judgemental, arrogant person you are. I'm astonished. Seriously.

Wow englishamericanvisa - incredibly harsh and uncalled for. People tell other people to search the timelines and guides every day. No reason to personally attack someone for it. Yes, you can ask whatever you want on VJ but you won't get a lot of assistance when you tell someone to "keep their nasty opinions to yourself" and "stop being such a sanctimonious little prig" just because they directed you to search the timeline. Really shocking.

I stand by what I said. Everything was perfectly fine when Devilette steamed in and told me - apropos of nothing - that I got on her nerves! There I am, innocently using Visajourney, and some stranger tells me how much I get on their nerves!

If you dish out stuff like that, you have to accept a reaction.

So someone tells me for no reason that I get on their nerves when I haven't even done anything, and you expect me not to be mightily p****d off?

Get real.

I stand by everything I said. It was a completely inflammatory thing to say to a complete stranger who wasn't doing anything wrong, and if D. can't stand the heat, she shouldn't walk into the kitchen.

EAV, Devilette was talking in general. There is a thread going on in OT at the moment covering a similar kind of thing. People not searching for timelines, asking silly questions etc etc. Now, I'm NOT saying yours was either of these cases, so don't take offence at my comment; it isn't directed at you. I'm just saying read that thread and you might have a better understanding as to why some members can get a little "short" with people.

Regardless of whatever D said, your response to her was in no way on the same level.

The comments directed at devilette, were a bit uncalled for in my opinion. You went way beyond a simple comment and into personal attacks on someone you know nothing about.

People who don't bother searching the site well get on my nerves too, it doesn't mean I dislike them or have a problem with them personally. Nearly everything one needs to know is on this forum, and when a question is ask repeatedly, yeah it gets on peoples nerves. I don't feel devilettes opinion/comment was directed souly at you, but a wide generalization of what takes place often because of lack of personal research. She did not imply you were a walking idiot, simply that maybe you and everyone else could search a bit more. You however crossed the line, with personal attacks.

Just because there are only two timelines like yours, does not mean you couldn't look at other timelines and put together an idea of how long it takes. To be honest there is no true way of knowing exactly how long ones case may take. Most older posters on this site will not give you a time anyway, because we all know each case is different. If we told you it would take 2 weeks and it took 4 you would be let down and possibly upset with us for telling you the incorrect information. You are expecting an answer no one can give you, you just need to search peoples timelines and build your own idea from there.

Everyone that has replied said you crossed the line yet you continue to defend your abuse? How can you be serious?

You have some huge issues to come on here & verbally spit venom like that after I said PEOPLE WHO DON'T SEARCH GET ON MY NERVES, I DID NOT say englishamericanvisa gets on my nerves. I can stand the heat, trust me. I will not stand and watch some random person coming on here & saying such hateful things to me for NO REASON.

You are judging me & my husband, and you know NOTHING about us. All because I told you to search a timeline, AFTER I GAVE YOU A LINK? Timelines are not going to match your case exactly, and if you're looking for one to do it, you're in the wrong place. There is no magic 8 ball with answers for you.

Anger mangement classes would be a good investment for you. (Karma's a b*tch too, don't forget)

Devilette, I am sorry we argued, but I get a lot of hassle in my job and having it coming onto my computer screen at me unexpectedly was the last straw.

You have every right not to agree, but personally I feel that telling a stranger they're getting on your nerves when they're just happily using a website, is bound to be experienced by some as quite inflammatory.

I did a search for those going through London on a CR-1 at the same time as me - ie recently - and found 2 records. Maybe my search was too narrow - that was my only crime.

Anway. I haven't read your records but I hope you get your visa real quick, or whatever other papers you're waiting for.
