I was trying to see my case status at NVC ....

and after fill my case number I got the message bellow :

Application Error
An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required.

I can open my Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Page and see my receipt...

Anyone else experienced the same situation today?!?

after reading your message, I tried to check my own status and I got the same message, it's probably something to do with the server, not our cases.

I'm the beneficiary.

someone in the may filers thread posted that they got the same message.. then people told her to call NVC, and she did, and was told she had a case complete :) It might have been a coincidence, who knows. You should call and see if there are any updates on your case, just in case :)

I checked mine too this morning and got the same message. Hmmm..... wondering now. My status have been updated 3 times within the last 2 weeks and we have been undergoing AP for the last 11 months! I sure hope it is a good sign!

I can't say for sure that they are connected, but I was able to log in just fine yesterday, then this morning, no luck. Another person on the May NVC thread said that after she got her case complete on Friday she started getting the same error message, so I went ahead and called, and yes indeed, my case is complete. I would call NVC.

Yay! After I saw this, I checked the portal again and my status now says "in transit"! means it's on it's way to the embassy :)
