on question 22.Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:

my dad just got here in USA last month and I'ld like to apply for him to stay here. I lived in NH but my dad lived in RI with my cousin right now. Should I put in RI office instead of NH?
