Vermont have now updated their I-129F processing times. It now stands at October 15th. This puts their processing time at around 7 months. That is currently, not accounting what it will be if they don't speed up and get through their backlog. This is in no way fair, particularly when one is processing at 4 months (the CSC processing time has now updated to 5 months also).

This is the time to contact your representatives. California had exactly the same situation and NOTHING was done until there was an uproar about it and so many contacted their representatives, which urged them to action. We will be sat waiting forever if we do not contact our representatives to complain about this unfair treatment. It isn't right to begin with that we are having to be separated from our loved ones for so long, especially after being put at the back of the queue after DACA. To have such a huge gap between the processing times in both service centers is ridiculous and unfair. Both need to operate in the same fashion.

Select "Vermont Service Center" from the drop down menu. Igor's List has no consistency and we still have a huge back log.

Find out who your local congressman/Senator are for your state (Just Google it) then e-mail them, phone them, send them a letter. This needs sorting and won't be until we request help.
