No one is saying that it isn't that bad but if you read the data that Kevin gave you, it is clear that even if there is a slowdown at VSC right now, first of all it is not because of CSC, there has been no posting on USCIS about CSC transferring their workload to VSC... The last transfer we heard about was about CSC transferring DACA cases to TSC in march and they started to pick up the pace a little less than a month later. If such transfer did exist we would hear about it. Then you can see that VSC is doing an everage of 7 a day here on VJ so in 3 days they meet the total number of approval that CSC did in a month during their slowdown. So from someone like me who was an august filer who waited almost 8 months for my NOA2, let me tell you that i would have preferred having my petition pending at VSC right now than having it pending at CSC between november 2012 and march of this year.

And i also agree that CSC won't keep this crazy pace they are going at right now, it never lasted (they even a slower couple weeks at the beginning of may where everyone wondering if it was already over)

Good luck and hang in there, your NOA2 will come sooner or later. Don't hesitate to get your congressman or senators involved.
