Hello All,

I am curious i am leaving one job to another company next week and i wanted to know should i notify NVC(that i got a new job) since my wife's case is currently complete and she is just waiting to to the interviewed which is scheduled for June 20th. Someone advise based on experiences. Thanks

07/09/2012 - I-130 Received & Accepted
07/12/2012 - NOA1 Received
03/08/2013 - NOA2 Approved
03/13/2013 - NOA2 Received

No you don't have to notify them. Just make sure your wife has at interview updated I-864 new employment letter and most recent paystub.

You mean i have to fill out a new I-864 and send to her copies of my new employment letter and Paystub. I don't think they need original Paystub at the Interview ?

Make sure you get a letter from your new employment which indicates your yearly salary and if possible that you are an asset to the company you work for. I suggest you call NVC and ask regarding a change of jobs. Good luck!

you do not need to notify NVC since case is complete. Just send her an updated I-864 ,the employment letter from the new job with pay stubs just in case. They may or may not ask but you dnt want little things like that to cause delays.
