Im no expert, but if you have skype logs dating back a long time (for more than 6 months) consistently...its proof of a bona-fide relationship. My fiancee and I talk on skype every single day, and chat on gtalk. So you should be able to use it as proof and explain that you're more comfortable conversing in arabic/french rather than english.

Skype chat is only used to prove relationship at the consulate stage. There anything in the native language of the country does not need to be translated. If you're conversing in some other language than the native language of the country or English, then I would translate at least some of it.

hey i want to know how to print out my chat log and call from Skype but not sure how to do that? any one can help

I downloaded a program called skypelogview which will convert your entire skype history into a csv file.
