Problem fill out form I751 need help

Hi guys,

My name is Nong, I am from Thailand and here in New York for almost 2 years. It is time for me to remove condition on my 2 years green card. I need help with new I-751 form, couldn't find example any where and my husband traveling at the moment he cannot help. I need to submit this form ASAP as I need Extention paper to travel to Thailand next month. Can anyone help?

1. Part3 Information about the Petitioning Spouse.... Is this an information about my husband who is US Citizen?

2. Part 4 Information about your child ,

- My husband adopt 5 little ones but they live with his exwife - they all american but they are minor my husband pay for child support

- I have one boy from my previous marriage and he is American Citizen (live with us)

- We have new baby 9 month old and she is American Citizen (live with us)

which child should I fill on this part? All of them? Or only childs that live with us?

Hi Nong Parichat,

Part 3. Yes - This is the US Citizen Spouse - your husband.

Part 4. List the two children that are yours. The one boy from previous marriage and the new 9 month old baby. Check yes, the child is living with you. For BOTH children check NO, Is child applying with you.

You check NO because neither child needs to file Removal of Conditions, they are both US Citizens.

if the boys living with you are citizen , why should the be included in the petition?
