Hi Everyone,

I just want to share my status... I've been visiting this site for the past 6months everyday and looking into other's timelines I am getting close to being impatient,so I've decided to just put my attention and time to something else so I looked into buying a condo unit.

I paid the reservation fee today, May 21 this morning. But I missed checking USCIS website yesterday as I was so busy printing requirements. So, today, my fiance asked me to check and see if we are not yet approved, so, to my big surprise, this is what I saw on USCIS.

Post Decision Activity

On May 20, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Oh my! my! I am happy that we are approved exactly 6months! and now I am in trouble because I am buying a property and we will just leave it behind...

So I'm thinking, the turn over of the property will be next month till Aug. I'll probably on my out of the Philippines, so we are looking on a positive side here, when he come , we dont need to stay in expensive hotel anymore, we already have our own place.

And since I will be here in VJ site for a long time, I might open my place to vj members only if anybody plans to stay in quezon city area. Just send me a message :)

I wish all November filers get their approval too!

i've got the same notice last april 11, 2013, sad to say we haven't heard anything from NVC except for they haven't got anything from USCIS... its been a month and 10 days... its like prolonging the agony...

but anywho...

CONGRATULATIONS... this calls for a celebration!!!kicking.gif
