It's not a problem if he trusts you. I completed all our forms too, including the petitioner docs and my husband basically said "just tell me where to sign". We were both incredibly busy but he trusted me to get the paperwork right because I'm the lawyer in our marriage! He made the right choice, everything within our control went smoothly from start to finish. I'm happy because I'm a precision freak, he's happy because he now has his wife in the US. :)

The warmth of true friendship and the love that binds the hearts of husband and wife are a foretaste of heaven. God has ordained that there should be perfect love and perfect harmony between those who enter into the marriage relation. Let bride and bridegroom in the presence of the heavenly universe pledge themselves to love one another as God has ordained they should. {LYL}

Thought to share our journey for those who need the encouragement!

I did the whole package because I am freak about organizing documents. My USC fiance signed it all and we were just fine... It is too much details and it is good the more details oriented person can be charge. My suggestion for you is organize the documents in a way it is easier for the person to review it clearly and quickly. Good luck!!

That's not a problem! I did all documents and requirement needed in the packet, put some SIGN HERE mark, sent it to my husband (I made exact copy for myself) in US and he went through signing it while talking online and after that, we sent it to USCIS and it got approved with no RFE! Just be sure to double check and if your still in doubt, triple check everything especially signatures!
