Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say hello to everyone. Im new here my name is Vonnie Im 47 and married to Abdel 31 from Morocco. We have been married since July 31, 2004 we just recieved our I-130 approval im excited to keep the progress going now. Some people may know me Im in the yahoo group "Supporting Moroccan Love." Im glad to of found this forum you people are all so nice and helpful.

February 27, 2006 - Recieved NOA2 *APPROVAL*

March 8 - Case Number Assigned

March 13 - AOS Fee & DS-3032 generated

March 19 - Recieved AOS Fee & DS3032

March 20 - Mailed AOS Fee

March 20 - Sent DS-3032 Email Choice of Agent

March 24 - NVC recieved DS3032

March 24 - NVC recieved AOS Fee

March 27 - NVC generated I864

March 27 - NVC generated immigrant fee bill

April 04 - Recieved immigrant fee bill

April 05 - Mailed immigrant fee bill back

April 06 - Recieved I864 in mail

April 12 - NVC received immigrant fee bill

April 17 - NVC geneterated DS230

April 20 - Recieved DS230 in mail

April 27 - Mailed I-864 to NVC

May 10 - Recieved RFE due to DS-230 not being sent in yet.

May 23 - Mailed DS230 to NVC

May 26 - NVC recieved DS230

June 09 - NVC automated system says sent letter for missing or incomplete information

June 18- Mailed for DS230 RFE to NVC (Over Night Delivery!)

June 19 - NVC recieves DS230 RFE per USPS confirmation!!

June 22 - NVC system says recieved RFE for DS-230

July 6 - CASE COMPLETE!!

July 12 - Case sent to Morocco

August 10- @8am- INTERVIEW

August 11 - Visa Picked up and issued

December 15 -- 2006 -- ENTERS USA

Took 130 Days from NOA2 until case complete

**Waiting..Waiting..**

July 31, 2007- Our three year anniversary

Hello Vonnie, Welcome to VJ and the ME\NA forum. I joined in December and it helped me so much with the preparation of my petition and learning about the process. Hope the rest of your journey is quick and you will have Abdel with you soon. :thumbs:

8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

8/23/06 - rec'd packet 3 from Consulate

8/25/06 - sent packet 3 back to Consulate

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

9/25/06 - Interview date - APPROVED

1/6/07 - leaving for USA

1/20/07 - Wedding Date

1/20/07 - MARRIED!!!!!

2/10/07 - rec'd certified copy of marriage license

3/20/07 - Rec'd Social Security Card

3/21/07 - Checks Cashed and Case Status online

3/24/07 - NOA1 Rec'd for AOS and EAD

3/27/07 - rec'd Biometrics appt letter - scheduled for 4/20/07 @ 11:00am

4/02/07 - "touched"

4/20/07 - had biometrics appt.

4/21/07 - rec'd letter stating case was transferred to CSC

5/22/07 - rec'd Case Pending at CSC email

6/25/07 - EAD card production ordered

7/7/07 - EAD "touched"

7/7/07 - AOS "touched"

8-6-07 - Rec'd EAD Card in the Mail

5-20-08 - AOS INTERVIEW - APPROVED - PASSPORT STAMPED

7-2-10 - Received 10 year green card in mail

12/12/05 rec. by the Nebraska svc.

12/21/05 packet went to TX svc.

3/31/06 lawyer rec. letter wanting more information. they lost all photos and other docs., so lawyer over-night photos again, plus the WHOLE package to ensure no other delays will happen! Now the package is in Calif. Svc. Center.

4/10/06 - NOA2 !!!

Hi... I'm Jackie.. I just got an approval on my I-130 today as well March 1... I can tell you about the experence for our I-129 .. Once we got the approval it was baout 20 days that my husband recieved his interview date... The interview was 4 weeks later... Have you filed the I-129...? I am thinking maybe the time wait will be the same on the I-129 and I-130.... I wish you luck on your I-130...

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

8/8/2004 Petition denied

After 214 Days of waiting

10/11/2004 Returned from Morocco even more in love.

2/14/05 EMAIL, OUR PETITION HAS BEEN APPROVED

86 Days what an awesome feeling

2/25/05 Email received from nvc, given case number

3/21/05 Email from consulate

01/26/06 - AOS SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEW AND HE GETS HIS FIRST JOB AT FIRST JOB INTERVIEW
