Are copies of transcripts ok for interview?

Hello everyone. I need help, especially those who have had experience with the embassy in Ghana. My husband will be attending the interview with his kids on June 6th. I sent my husband with a backup co sponsor AOS, just in case they decide they want additional sponsorship. The I-864 itself is original. However he left before we received the cosponsors original tax transcripts. I have scanned and emailed the to him. Are the original transcripts needed for the interview?

as I can recall it doesn't matter. the tax transcript don't have an official seal or anything. but its been a while for me.

do you have other original documents to support their income? Like a letter from their employer or check stubs? if that's the only supporting evidence you have I may look into fed-exing it or sending it down with another courier that could possibly get it there in time... I wouldn't want to risk it

Do i need those documents for the co sponsor? Our original AOS was submitted to NVC. We have all our finance documents included and prepared for the interview. I was just providing co sponsor I864 as a back up because some of my 2012 income and my current income is workman's comp. With the W/C income we are well over poverty, but I know Ghana can ask for anything.

Sorry, I didn't catch that the cosponsor was in addition to your own Income. I know for the K-1 it's recommended to bring the tax records, last 3 months pay stubs and a letter from the employer... if you have original supporting documents for your own income then you may be fine with just the copies. I still think I would try to play it safe though, what is mail like there? is there any chance it would get there in time?

Mail there is impossible. I would have to send fed ex or DHL. I hope they just take our stuff without asking for a co sponsor at all. I guess I was hoping that if they did we could pop out my brothers signed documents with the tax transcripts and they would approve it as is. Thanks for you insights.

I used copies of tax transcipts for interview in ghana- there is no official seal. Just make sure they print a GOOD clear copy.
