So my wifes CR removal document filed in June of 2012 seems to of been sent to the national records center. I got this information by contacting my congressman and having his office look this up.... What does this mean? Is this done by mistake? Any information would be greatly appreciated

Is not that uncommon to go beyond the 6-9 month processing time for the removal of conditions these days. As milimelo suggested, if your wife's applicable for Naturalization, go for it. Their logic is that since she is a conditional LPR, Citizenship cannot be obtained unless conditional status is removed, causing her ROC papers to be picked up from the bunch and get processed.

A 3 year-4 month-1week journey ends on 09/20/2013, and a new one begins!
