At the bottom is The Oath or Affirmation. After the first acknowledgment there's a box. What do I write there? Below is the line for signature and date.

I'm getting mine together in the next day or 2 as well and I'm just going to sign there.

Congratulations on getting to this point!

It does seem to be just a spot for acknowledgement. One of the pro's will know. Congrats to you as well.

I acknowledge that I have read "Sponsor and Alien Liability" on Page 2 of the instructions for this form, and am aware of my responsibilities as a sponsor under the Social Security act, as amended and the Food stamp act, as amended _____ Sign_____

its a typo.. leave it blank



every other blank has a description or title.. this one don't..
