Send and email to them hcmcinfo@state.gov. Include your information so they can look it up. BE NICE otherwise they may be mean to you.

You could also have your Em call them too and maybe she might get a different answer.

It is probably there physically inside the Consulate, but not yet entered into their system to where it would show received by them.

Just keep checking weekly!

Hi Huan,

What do you mean DHL received on the 6th? Here in the US or HCMC?

STL said it, it may be there, doesn't take 16 days for a package to flight there. However, NVC contracts with DHL to ship in bulks. This happened before, NVC wait to ship things out once a week to some consulates. But give it sometimes. 3 weeks! And as Lurker said: be nice to them or else, they'll be mean to you!

Package recevied on the 6th in the HCMC. I emailed them 3 times each time a week apart no answer from Consulate. I called them yesterday they said they haven't received but very brief conversation. The lady hung up before I could said anything else.

Just an idea, the number of interviews to be scheduled may be many more since CA started approving more quickly, - in other words - the 'traffic jam' of applicants moved from USCIS to the respective consulates. A look at our HCM group indicates a lag in both interview scheduled, packet 3's and packet 4's. And Christmas and New Years & Tet right in front. We can only hope.

Dunno if this helps you. But I'm doing IR1/CR1 for my wife.

Case left NVC on 11/08. So I emailed HCMC consulate the very next week and to this day I have not had a reply.

My wife also called consulate the week after case left NVC. A lady at consulate said case has not yet arrived. So she called back the following week and a lady at consulate said her case was received but to wait for further instructions from consulate etc (packet 4).

Just remain patient and try calling once a week.
