Hi sis. Ibig sabihin n release n nila yung visa mo since friday. Depending on where you had your visa addressed to be delivered, it should be around 2-3 days if within manila or up to 7days for provinces. I had mine to be picked up at moa so that i could go directly to cfo. Hoping to hear from 2go soon... Just wait for the text. They'll inform you if your packet is ready to be delivered to you choice of address.

Please specify. Do you mean from submitting I-130? Here's my timeline:

USCIS Journey

2011-01-25 : I-130 Sent

2011-01-28 : Notice of Action 1 (NOA1) PD

2011-05-26 : Notice of Action 2 (NOA2) 3 months and 28 days from NOA1

NVC Journey

2011-05-26 : Sent to NVC

2011-06-10 : Email from NVC stating they received my petition

2011-06-15 : Case Number assigned

2011-06-21 : P3AU English from NVC thru email

2012-03-20 : Received DS-3032 (thru email)

2012-03-20 : Received AOS (thru email)

2012-03-21 : Submitted DS-3032 (thru email)

F2a waiting period is 2.5years in average. My husband is a green card holder. My case took 2 years and 4mos from I-130 up to visa interview.

My wife still did not yet receive her VISA, she had her interview on May 14 2013, and still under "administrative processing"

Hi... Ljmp_10 and I have roughly the same timeline. It took 2yrs and 5months as we are F2A beneficiaries and our petitioners are green card holders. Next months current will be roughly 2years waiting period as there was a hold or only few cases were issued noa2 's. if our progress continues and there is a surcharge of visa numbers, the next batch have roughly less than two years waiting period compared to our batch. This is only for f2a. Cr1/ir1 or k1 have no waiting period as visas are available for u anytime. Once u receive ur noa2, ur good to go and schedule ur interview.

Depending on how fast she complies with the requirements that are being asked from her. The sooner you submit those, the sooner she gets her visa. Goodluck.

The Embassy did not ask for any other documents after the interview, they just informed her that my wife has passed her visa, took her passport and returned the "appointment letter", is this waiting time normal?, i am getting worried.

That's weird. I'm not really sure. They did not return my appointment letter to me. And they told me that everything is in order. I was also kind of doubtful in the beginning bcoz I lack certain preparations like remmitances, communications but they did not asked for it. Maybe they're still trying to review her file, figure out some stuff so to speak. You can breath easy once it updates to "issued"
