Juarez: Invitation and/or Appointment Letter for Medical Exam

Planning the fiancee's Juarez itinerary (first week of June ) but Invitation / Appointment letter has me confused.

Is the Invitation letter the only letter needed for the Medical exam?

This VJ post says the invitation letter = appointment letter but the Juarez reviews are a mixed bag, some mention taking both letters while others just mention using the invitation letter.

The VJ Juarez Consulate page says

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED ON YOUR MEDICAL APPOINTMENT DATE

*Please present your appointment letter to the receptionist at the entrance. You must have your complete set of documents with you.

IMPORTANT * [Fiancé (e) visa applicants do not need to present an appointment letter BUT THE GUARDS DONT KNOW THAT so bring it anyway they are just security guards, they ask for apointment letters to everybody,Fiance visas dont happen everyday,this will delay you until they get authorized to let u in,

I has the same question. But I think people doing DFC won´t receive an appoinment letter from NVC, so they need an invitation letter. If your papers went to NVC I think the only thing you will need is the appointment letter...

funny thing is i asked someone on this forum about that. I was freaking out

for our visa (ir2) we only needed passport and interview letter to gain access. the review you linked is pretty accurate.

if you've not done the biometrics yet, you will need your ds 260 (or whatever number app you used) confirmation page as well (but not for the medical) they will stamp that page at the asc office and applicant will need to present it at the interview.

i asked about the invitation letter mentioned on one of the reviews. they advised it was the appointment letter ( i was confused too lol)
