Hey,

I have a question concerning getting a copy of my fiance's sonks birth cert. The child's mother told him today that he's not listed on the birth certificate and she will not "help" him.

I'm not sure what to do for the visa application since you have to list the beneficiary's children just like for the petition (and this time you have to include the birth cert). Just to clarify, we listed his son on the petiion as a US citizen. Does anyone have useful advice or experience with this sort of situation? Thanks for any help you can provide!
