False RFE means ?

After you submit AOS & IV packet and if you get false RFE ( Check List ) does it mean documents are accepted and we can wait for the Visa Appointment letter ?

Salam yes it means they got u package but have not logged it into thier computer yet , you can usually call the NVC and ask them to confirm they got your package thier number is 16033340700

Please be cautious here. Just because you received a checklist doesn't mean it is false automatically. Some checklists are legit. Can you be more specific about what the checklist is? Often times, yes, they will send a "false checklist" that states they have received your AOS package but they are waiting for the IV package or the other way around. HOWEVER, sometimes they send a checklist after having received both of those items because they do need more information or they need clarification on an item.

Be sure that the checklist is not a real one. It would be sad to think it was false when they are actually waiting for something to be resubmitted. Can you share the wording of the checklist here? It would be easier for those who are trying to help if we can actually see it to be certain. I received false checklists as expected but also a REAL one that could easily have been interpreted as false.

I agree with MsHogan, Maybe you can share more about the content of the checklist (attachment). I received two false checklists & a real checklist for a missing information in DS-230 form. I ignored the false one & complied with the latter.

Thank you so much for your help and they actually asked to Submit VISA APPLICATION form PART-1 .Which i Submitted 4 Days ago once again.

Below are the exact words what they said :

We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant

which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required

information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview.

Please read the enclosed information to determine where to send all required copies of missing

documents. If you have any questions regarding this letter, please call the National Visa Center at (603)

334-0700 between the hours of 7:30am and midnight ET.

Please include a copy of this letter with your correspondence and write your case number clearly (exactly

as it appears below) on the upper right-hand corner of all documents.

From the date you mail or transmit the requested information, please allow 20 business days for NVC to

review this documentation/your mail. When we complete our review, the NVC will notify

you/petitioner/beneficiary/attorney with information regarding the next processing step.

I maild off DS-230 again with tracking number package and it was delivered on 20 MAY didn't hear anything yet is it normal or should we call ?
