My husband's address didn't change on his ID... does it matter?

Hi,

I just filed my husband's ID into the file and found that his address on the ID is still his parent's address. We're going to the AOS interview on Dec 12 and I think they'll check his ID. So should he change his address on the ID for the safe side?

Hi, At my interview the interviewer did ask to see our IDs, My husband I did move about 1-2 weeks before our interview and my husband did not get around to changing his address on his ID, but the interviewer never ask us anything about it. I'm not sure if he they check the addresses or not, but to be on the save side I would have it change, so it would not bring up any questions. Good luck on ur interview.

Don't worry about it. My wife didn't have a state ID (they are real bad about issuing them here in Colorado and are currently being sued because of it). My wife had no choice but to use her passport and that address is a Colombian address. Don't worry about it. Good Luck
