Sorry if I'm super happy right now. But I just checked our case status online...which showed nothing up until this morning...and it indicates Post Decision Activity! It says "On May 16, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I-130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN."

And today's my birthday and my wife's was just this past Tuesday. What a great gift! Haven't gotten the hardcopy in the mail yet...but this is amazing!

So the next step is to start calling NVC to see if they received the case. Is it still recommended to wait a week after NOA2 to start calling?
