Will I get a 2 year or 10 year?

Hey everyone!! So I am slightly confused about the "Removing Conditions"...this is the situation

I entered the US on a K1 and my husband and I got married February 14th 2012. I sent away my AOS March 2013. Is the 2 year green card conditional when I actually receive it, or is it from when my husband and I got married.

One of three things could happen I suppose:

1) They give me a 2 year GC from our marriage, which means I will have to apply for my 10 year by the end of this year.

2) They give me a 2 year GC from the date it is issued

3) They just give me a 10 year one, as we have been married over 1 year

Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Thanks in advance :)

April 13 2013 - RFE Received for Copy of Birth Certificate.
April 18 2013 - RFE Replied.
April 23 2013 - Biometrics.

May 28 2013 - EAD Approved
May 31 2013 - Card production ordered.

June 3 2013 - Card Mailed, expected delivery date June 5.

September 25th 2013 - Became an official resident!!

October 5th 2013 - Green Card Received.

August 24 2015 - I-751 for Removal of conditions received by California Service Center.

August 24 2015 - NOA Receipt Date.

September 24 2015 - Biometrics.

You have to be married for 2 years by the time the issue the green card to qualify for the 10 yr card.

And you remove conditions prior to the greencard's expiration (two years from the issue date).

And you are eligible for citizenship 3 years after the issue date printed on your greencard if you remain married.

So until you get that greencard, you don't know your future dates because they are based on the first greencard.

If you entered on a K-1 you will get a 2 year GC, go by the dates to see when you can apply for ROC and USC. Filing Date Calculator
