We have her DS-3025

Both the Tdap and Varicella are dated and checked Insufficient Time Interval.

So confused,

Thanks

Some on here will say yes and some will say no. BUT, it's better in my opinion to have it. You won't have to worry about getting an RFE and having to go to a civil surgeon slowing the process down. It can be costly, it all depends on who you go to in your area. Here's a link so you can see if there's a good one in your town.

Take your DS-3025 along with you, maybe they will do a transcription for you and it not cost as much. My husband's was $77. Good Luck :)

I’m not sure about the answer to your question.

I did want to point out though, you should blank out any personal info i.e. full names & birthdates from documents you are posting on the internet. It’s too easy for identity thieves to get at you when you are not very careful with that type of info.

Yea, I've read that post many times. I'm still not sure. We will file with the DS and if we get RFE, we will go to civil surgeon then. Thanks all
