I need assistance here.

I had different surname than my parents before I got marriaged. i. e. different surnames are their in my acedemic ann my father's record.

Though both surnames are same (say Sheth/Tripathi) and father made affidavit for them when i came to USA before 3 years.

Now after becoming Citizen of USA, I am planning to bring my parents here. Naturally their will be surname queries there.

Should I ask my father to make the same surname affidavit again they made it for my file 3 years before or I submit their I-130 form without submitting any Affidavit?

Should same affidavit will work, it is already their in my records?

As I-130 form only asks first my birth certificate and parent's marriage certificate (My birth certificates shows my lastname as Sheth and My parents passport shows their lastname as Tripathi)

I am confused a lot. Please guide here
