Okay what is the story???

Csc is processing January and vsc is still on November and October???

I put in a service request at the vsc because our petition is outside the listed official processing time and the e file says we are NOT outside the listed time ....which is false

What gives and what can we do:(

I have the same problem. We are exactly a month apart. My Noa1 date is Nov 13, and if you try to submit and e-request it says we are still within processing time so my fiance' called USCIS and told them that dates past ours have been receiving their NOA2 and we are still waiting. Insist on a service request and ask for a tier 2 representative if necessary.

Good Luck

Moved to USCIS service centers as this is a topic about service centers.

I filed Nov 1. Ou receipt day is Nov 7 and we are still waiting. I checked online with other cases and they have been approved or gotten an RFE. I would for sure even take an RFE I just want a response. I checked last night and the case before us and after us has already either been approved or gotten an RFE and they skipped ours. I contacted my congressman office and I am placing a privacy act release form about our case. I am for sure hoping we get something today because two days ago that I checked the previous cases beore us had Initial Review and when I checked last night all were either RFE or Approvals. I am really getting frustrated with this waiting time. It is very aggravating to see other cases being approved before ours. I am happy for the applicants and their fiancées, but I find It really unfair specially when they have not updated their timeline and when you call they still give you a JUlY working case as of right now when we know for sure they are way past July. If anyone receives anything please keep us updated. Meanwhile we will continue praying for each other. God Bless each and everyone of us still waiting way past the 6 months period.

I know it's frustrating for you guys.

Resources have been think ever since the Immigrant Deferred Action program. Case workers essentially get boxes of applications varying in all types of visas. It's a matter of how fast the work is getting done. Always changes between the two.

Keep your heads up. You're all strong, and it'll all be a memory in due time. I hope it doesn't become too bad though for you all and both centers are able to pick up some speed

This is what happens when one center gets to move their DACA files to Texas and the other has to process theirs...

Vermont transferred DACA to Nebraska about a month or two before CSC transferred theirs to Texas.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextchannel=e7801c2c9be44210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextoid=cf53e5a4b7d1d310VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD

Although apparently, according to what a few other members have said, when CSC still had the huge backlog, they sent some of their stuff to Vermont. This is the result.

My thoughts?

Send it all back. They're ahead now, let them sort out their own mess.

I filed in sept 12 2012 at CSC, still waiting no RFE or any other movement. I am very tired of being lied to by USCIS call center. They even have my senators and congressmen fooled into thinking they are still proccessing july 18.

Do you have any unusual circumstances with your case, like a previously filed petition/criminal history or anything?

No This is straight forward I129 F case, I hired a law firm so as to do everything correctly and have the shortest wait without mistakes. I have contacted all i can think of (senators , congressman, lawyer, omsbudman) All are under the belief that USCIS is working on cases before july 18. No materhow I try they believe only what is on USCIS website
