im in the same situation, i sent new I-864 version, im worry now to, i hope this not take longer for send new version,

my husband sent AOS packet 10 may, and delivered 13 may, i hope get good news this week

I sent the old one on Friday. With my luck, the new form is required by the time my wife has her interview in Guangzhou, so I'll prep another one for her to handcarry in.

SORRY guys I missed look it I thought it was 2013..this what it says in the paper: OMB No. 1615-0075; Expires 09/30/2012

They often say stuff like that. The expiration date on the paper itself is just a standard date by which they expect to have the next version out. It has little bearing on reality, lol. :)

I'm a dual US/Hungarian citizen (both by birth; Hungarian citizenship verification TBA), and my husband is a dual British/Irish citizen (by treaty) from Northern Ireland. We are atheists.

So the NVC approved our ds230s and are still reviewing our aos, as confirmed tonight.

However, there was no mention that the review would be delayed dye to having used the new version!

Perhaps a new procedure was put in place in the last couple of days...

Called NVC a while ago. Diane said I need to wait 20 business days. It's been 19 days since they received my new AOS form. I asked if they started reviewing the new version forms and she said yes. That i will hear from them by the end of the month. I will call again tomorrow.

Ok. I just called NVC again and as usual the lady told me to wait coz they haven't received the instructions on how to review the new form. She said it is still under develop and can't say any timeframe on when they can start reviewing the new I-864. She gave me the USCIS # 800-375-5283 to call with regards to the new form. Obviously, the lady I talked to 2 days ago was wrong when she confirmed that the review on the new form have been started. I think my hope of getting a July interview is near to imposible already. July interview for Philippines' applicants will be out next week.

What I dont understand is the fact that both new and old version are pretty similar. We answer the same questions, just in a different layout.
