hi NVC have not reivewed you re-submitted I- 864, yet?

nope, not even today.. they still do not see in our re-submitted AOS in their system...

USCIS - California service center

09/17/12 --- I-130 sent to Phoenix mail box
09/20/12 --- NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 --- NOA1 hardcopy received
01/24/13 --- Called USCIS customer care and found that case was transferred to Local USCIS office (never got notice of it)
03/18/13 --- Submitted E-request as the petition is officially 180 days beyond
03/18/13 --- Tier2 ISO told the petition is at NBC.
04/01/13 --- We received email confirmation abt the E-request that we put in 2 weeks earlier
04/04/13 --- Went for infopass appointment at local office and they approved my petition and sent it to NBC
04/08/13 --- Received NOA2 today (date of NOA2 is 04/04/2013).

NVC Process

04/18/13 --- Called NVC for case number, they told that they got file on 04/15 asked us to call back of 20 business days
04/23/13 --- Called NVC and got the Case number and invoice identification number.

04/24/13 --- Sent DS-3032 by email.

04/29/13 --- Got AOS Fee email from NVC,

04/30/13 --- AOS Fee payment done online.

05/01/13 --- Send AOS documents packet by Fedex.

05/03/13 --- AOS Packet reached NVC.

05/06/13 --- Got Immigrant Visa Application Fee Bill Invoice email from NVC.

05/07/13 --- Packet IV Fee payment done online.

05/08/13 --- Send Packet IV documents by Fedex.

05/10/13 --- Packet IV reached NVC.

06/10/13 --- Got checklist email for i-864.

06/11/13 --- Corrected i-864 reached NVC.

07/01/13 --- Got new checklist again from NVC, but it was mentioned that we meet the min requirement to schedule an interivew, so asked us to

get the corrected i-864 to interview.

07/08/13 --- Got Case Completion email. ( Case completetion date at NVC is 06/28 ).

07/31/13 --- Interview date scheduled on 09/03.

I just call NVC and asked if we have our interview scheduled !!! she said no and told me that she assure me that it is not going to be in July !!!!!!!!!!! and my case has completed on 14 june !!!!!mad.gif

NOW my question is : if my interview is not going to be in July so how can it be in August without scheduling it around now ???!!!!!! shouldnt they give us atleast one month notice ????!!!!!!unsure.pngunsure.pngunsure.pnghelpsmilie.gifhelpsmilie.gifhelpsmilie.gif

NVC are reviewing any I- 864 except our re -submitted AOS , we are Still waiting them to solve their problem and th blocking they have, our re -submitted AOS ( sent on may and before may ) on hold/ not in the Sy Steme yet and we must wait more ,when i call (not everyday) the same answer to wait 20 days while they are reviewing new received i-864 , im not going to wait 20 days and must find a solution

this is not fair they are killing my dreams,they have to know we waited enough time to wait more ,we are complaining of what's happening !!!!!!!!, June is over now

I agree with rawas it's not fair ! NVC they have already reviewed your I-864 package no way to wait like you just sent it for the first time ?! yayhhh i think they are not doing a good job

im having a bad experience. at nvc stage too

i assume they will shedule an interview date , a soon a possible , your case jut complete 13 days ago you still need to wait a little bit more, im sure you'll have interview inchallah in August be happy

Since i sent my checklist i-865 didn't hear nothing about they review it :( i really wish interview in August, pray for me guys, i miss my husband , i will pray for all people are waiting case complete and soon interview.. Blessings

Since i sent my checklist i-865 didn't hear nothing about they review it :( i really wish interview in August, pray for me guys, i miss my husband , i will pray for all people are waiting case complete and soon interview.. Blessings

Called NVC 3 days ago and they told me, scheduling for August interviews has not yet started since it is the Consul general who sends them the available schedules for August and NVC will be the one doing the scheduling for the whole month of July for August interviews AS LONG AS there are still available slots. This is for Philippines only but who knows, this also applies to all other embassies.

Received a checklist yesterday for my child's AOS (I-864-Waiver).. BUT, I am still hoping for an August interview because my hubby requested an expedite processing due to an error on NVC's part. Altho, our expedite request is currently under review.. sad.png
