You think if we get case complete next week we stil can get interview on August?

It all depends on your consulate..If i get a case complete next week.. I should get an interview in late in mid july or so...Anything is possible.. I believe you'll get your interview in August, no doubt about that...

Everybody here wishes to get an August interview- including ME! smile.png

My case has completed processing but is put on-hold for 60 days in order for my child's case to catch up.. rolleyes.gif I called NVC yesterday and KC told me that they have not yet started scheduling for August interviews in Manila and they will be scheduling for August interviews for the whole month of July AS LONG AS, there are still available slots.. (depends also on the Consul general per country)..

Lets see..

We are getting the new I-864 ready to send off. This is an exact extract from the instructions -

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If an item is not applicable or the answer is none, leave the space blank.

Did any of you do this and receive an RFE? I'm wondering if there is conflicting advice, as I have read to NOT leave any spaces blank as it can cause an RFE?

Many thanks!

Thanks!

Also, it doesn't say in the I-864a form instructions to leave the spaces blank, so should we leave them blank like the I-864 or write NONE?

Also it states in the instructions that you must provide proof that the joint sponsor has the same principle residence as the sponsor. What would we use to prove this? Separate bank statements from my husband and his father stating the same postal address?

Any suggestions welcome!!

Hoping someone can help me. We are filling out the new I-864 form and are a little confused about the instructions. In the instructions attached, it states that you should put your income from item number 5 and put it into item number 6.c.

Why?! It's already in item number 5, and then in item 10 it asks you to total up 5, 6.c. Etc. but then you would be be totalling it twice?

My husband has just left one job and we are using his father as a joint sponsor, which is why in the image we have $90,000 in the total for item number 10. But what I am wondering is where to put his father, in number 6 or number 7?

And if we follow the I-864 instructions and put his income (0$) from 5 into 6.c, then do we put his name into 6.a and put SELF Into 6.b?

What did you do?

Also, anyone been reviewed recently?

Thanks for your help!!

The question is, is his father lives in the same roof (a household member)? If yes, put your FILs information on part 6. If not a household member, FIL should fill out another I-864. And don't include FILs income in your hubby's I-864 (only if not a household member).

Yes my FIL is living in the same household, so his information should go int number 6, as he is filling out an I-864a. The information in the instructions for the I-864 say that the value in number 5 (for us $0) should be put into number 6.c., which doesn't make sense at all.
