Just called the NVC, they said I have a check list for Part 6 of the new i-864 form..everything else is good.. butttt i'm looking at my part 6, there's nothing wrong with it!!

that means, we would miss july interview dates? and get it in August?

Hey DVV! Unfortunately, July interviews are already out. I got CC on the 12th and NVC told me on the 13th that they were no longer scheduling interviews for July, so I guess we all have to wait until August...

I'll put the date into my signature as soon as I get it. You can check it at the end of June, cause that's when NVC starts assigning interviews for August...

part 9 i'm surprised we already filled correctly everything, i dont understand what kind of answers they are looking for ??? SHOULD I NOW COMPLETE A NEW FORM ? and send it with this cover letter ?

My husband received another checklist again,this time, asking for our child's I-864WAIVER (which was sent together w/ my AOS packet on May 11).. Called NVC and was told again to disregard it, they already have it in their file since Friday- still on schedule to be reviewed! Hopefully we will be case complete this week so we could get an August interview..
