Please let me know when you get reviewed as thats the date the input mines in their system as well

Oh I didn't mean our was inputted on that day, they just received the physical package on that day.

In other news, we just received our fake checklist for the IV application (asking for the AOS package, which of course they already have on their system) :)

I definitely would love to have an August interview!! :idea: Hopefully me and my child will be CC next week or even on the last week of June so, we could guarantee a slot for August.. Queue for August interviews in Manila will start on the first week of July. I see that your parents are already done with their medical.. good for them.. I plan to be at St Lukes on the middle of July, as I have already finalized my hotel bookings and flight details in Manila 2 weeks ago..

Yeah, as long as you get CCed before July 1, I think there's a big chance you'll get an August interview date. My both parents done with the medical. Dad underwent sputum test though. Result will be released on July 9. Any day you can get CCed, maybe tomorrow? :) fingers crossed for you ;)

okkkkk guysssss i did call right now and they said everything is fine and they have reviewed my both packages and every thing is ok but they need my original birth certificate as we only sent the translated copy !!!!!! bommerheadbonk.gif silly me !!

any way we are going to sent it by over night so hopefuly they have it by tomorrow yes.gif CAN any one tell me after i send this what happen?????? am i going back to the line ?? or no ???? i dont want to wait long tongue.pnghuh.png

Have you received your checklist email already? If not, better wait for it before you mail your birth certificate coz you gonna need a cover sheet. Maybe another 2 weeks of waiting after you mail your BC.

Have you received your checklist email already? If not, better wait for it before you mail your birth certificate coz you gonna need a cover sheet. Maybe another 2 weeks of waiting after you mail your BC.

oh i seee 2 weeks ClockWatch2.gif !!!! i have the email already ofcourse after i call them !!! the guys said we sent you both the checklist on wed but we havent got anything !!!!!! so they sent again !!!! but 2 weeks sound anoying cray5ol.gif he said when you send this we will put u for interview !!!!

Hey guys my affidavit was finally reviewed, thanks all of you for your support, i recompleted my cased for 2 time yesterday so everything was fine with my affidavit thanks god.

Congrats!! Just wondering, when did you send the AOS?

EDIT: just looked back and you said may 8th - nevermind! :)

Yes i sent it the 8, but remember is when they actually put it in their system when it starts counting, so they input mines the 20th

Congrats!! Just wondering, when did you send the AOS?

09/17/12 --- I-130 sent to Phoenix mail box
09/20/12 --- NOA1 recieved via e-mail (CSC)
09/27/12 --- NOA1 hardcopy received
01/24/13 --- Called USCIS customer care and found that case was transferred to Local USCIS office (never got notice of it)
03/18/13 --- Submitted E-request as the petition is officially 180 days beyond
03/18/13 --- Tier2 ISO told the petition is at NBC.
04/01/13 --- We received email confirmation abt the E-request that we put in 2 weeks earlier
04/04/13 --- Went for infopass appointment at local office and they approved my petition and sent it to NBC
04/08/13 --- Received NOA2 today (date of NOA2 is 04/04/2013).

NVC Process

04/18/13 --- Called NVC for case number, they told that they got file on 04/15 asked us to call back of 20 business days
04/23/13 --- Called NVC and got the Case number and invoice identification number.

04/24/13 --- Sent DS-3032 by email.

04/29/13 --- Got AOS Fee email from NVC,

04/30/13 --- AOS Fee payment done online.

05/01/13 --- Send AOS documents packet by Fedex.

05/03/13 --- AOS Packet reached NVC.

05/06/13 --- Got Immigrant Visa Application Fee Bill Invoice email from NVC.

05/07/13 --- Packet IV Fee payment done online.

05/08/13 --- Send Packet IV documents by Fedex.

05/10/13 --- Packet IV reached NVC.
