New I-864 version

I think I received a false checklist from NVC just now requesting for the entire IV packet with supporting documents.. But when I called them last Monday and yesterday, I was told that my IV packet was entered into their computer on June 6 and both my AOS and IV packets are not yet reviewed..What do you think guys?

I have a feeling that our AOS (I-864 new version) has just been reviewed.. Will call NVC later anyway and update you guys.. =)

Definitely GOOD NEWS!!

Just got off the phone and NVC already reviewed our AOS (new version) while my IV packet is still to be reviewed.. Was also told to DISREGARD the email with the false checklist and allow 20 more days for the processing.. What a relief..

The next time you call, please ask if your AOS packet has been entered into their computer because that is when you will start counting the 20 working days for them to review it..

aah, looks like we filled the I864 old one. Should we fill the new one as well? Am worried it's gonna be delayed coz NVC seems to be having trouble reviewing that one. Thoughts?

Hi friends, while i'm waiting for my case to be complete , i got this email from NVC that they received AOS and IV fees and must download the forms online i already sent the AOS more than 1 month ago and i got this email too

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your correspondence.
Your case is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed. what this means?

If you already sent the old version, IMO, they will review it as long as it will be entered into their computer before June23, but be ready with the new version during the beneficiary's interview to be safe.. Good luck

Please let me know when you get reviewed as thats the date the input mines in their system as well

Congrats memphis, it seems they input yours between the 15 and 17, and mines the 20, thats why i havent been reviewed, i just called this people today, and they said, sir i see here that you call every day, please Call Back in 3 to 4 weeks, and im thinking to my self, yeah right i will call this evening...they dont understand what beed separated from their family means

does anyone know how long NVC will take to review a re-submitted (bcz of checklist) I-864?, we got a checklist on 10th Jun mentioning abt mistake in part 6, we corrected it and sent it overnight and it reached NVC on 11th morning. I don't want to call NVC and hear the same old 20 days answers, it feels so frustating to get a checklist after waiting for almost a month bcz of new form...

I just called NVC and our case is complete as of today! I sent the new AOS on May 13, so I guess they are reviewing the new forms quite quickly... Good luck to everyone!

We are about to submit our application and since I read about this problem with the new I-864, we decided to send the old version. Hope to send the packet on monday, the 17th.

I wonder if they will receive it until the 23rd.

Just in case, should I include the new version as well, and explain on the cover letter?

IMO, too, better to send in the new version since it may take a couple of days to a week before they input your AOS packet into their computer after they received it.. The new version is already being reviewed anyway.. just to be safe

I really dont know what to think because the past 2-4 weeks, I have been getting different answers from the NVC reps, the first time I called, they told me it was recvd on 15th but cannot be seen in her computer,,after 5 days I called again and the lady said, it was recorded in the building on May17 but not yet in the system.. I only received a much detailed answer on the first week of June.. The reps are pretty much irritated when they found out that we have been calling a lot in 1 week because they log it each time we call..happened to me before.. haha.. that is why I try to limit my calls to NVC only once or twice weekly.. Good luck.. everything will fall into place soon..

I definitely would love to have an August interview!! Hopefully me and my child will be CC next week or even on the last week of June so, we could guarantee a slot for August.. Queue for August interviews in Manila will start on the first week of July. I see that your parents are already done with their medical.. good for them.. I plan to be at St Lukes on the middle of July, as I have already finalized my hotel bookings and flight details in Manila 2 weeks ago..
