Ohh thats interesting, i will have to call them to see what date they placed it on their system, beCause its clearly that they will count it from the day they entered it to the system....good point bRother

When do we start to count from the date they received or from the date they entered into the computer? My hubby sent the new AOS on May11, received between May15-17 (as informed by NVC), but entered into their system on May 24.. Same as with my IV packet, sent on May24, received on May 31 entered on the computer on June 6..BOTH packets are still not reviewed..I am totally confused and lost because others have send theirs between May 2-13 and they are reviewed already.. Others are just lucky.. crying.gif

Memphis you are right, some are lucky and even though they sent it later, it got in to their system faster than ours, they got my package the 8th of may but input it in their system the 20th, so that's the reason i haven't been reviewed yet...NVC is doing the line based on the date they entered the file on the system.that sucks !!

Hi everyone

When you're talking abt the new I864,do you mean the I864EZ? Or it's a different set of form?

We're still waiting for our IIN number but we have the I864 filled up and ready to send. Just want to make sure when we do send it, it's the right one!

Our nOA2 was May 3rd but we got delayed coz somehow they misplaced/lost our packet so we had to put in a request. Luckily it's been found but it put us wayyy behind!

Google i864 and click on the first link, then download the form an compare it to what you have. the expiration date on the top right hand corner of the current one should read 3/31/2015

My hubby (petitioner) is also super busy, good thing he sent me a 'magic-jack' so I can call any number in US for FREE. I'm the one who calls NVC once/twice weekly to ask for updates on our cases.. I do not know if calling everyday speeds up the process but NVC logs each time we call..

ohhhh sooo is it ok if i call too ????!!!!!!!!!!!! i didnt know that !! i thought only petitioner should call !!!!

thakssssss
