Oh.. Looks like we sent our packets almost the same time.. Pls Let me know whenever u get good news on ur case if you dont mind... Where u from by the way? are you the petitioner or beneficiary?

I m from France, my husband is the petitioner and we re applying for IR1 and 2 x IR2 visas for my children.

I ll let you know as soon as I have some news.

I called today. And they said that the supervisor need to review it i asked how long is it going to take the lady said 10 to 15 days

Did they say it needed a supervisor review because of the fact you used the new i864?

The NVC also received ours on the same day.

Yes I called yesterday and they said it needed a supervisor to review it and when I asked how long it was going to take the lady said 10 to 15 days

That.s ridiculous!

It seems like every stage in the application has had hurdles since arriving at the NVC, between the payment portal not working, then taking ages to update and now this!

Needed to resubmit a new form of aos. Mailed that in on the 30th of April and nvc received it on the 2nd of may. When i called nvc asking for my status, the lady told me that nvc have received it but needed to wait coz i used the new version. If i still have any other question about the form, the lady told me to call uscis, and give me the number. Wth... I hope i can get some good news tomorrow. I want a July interview!

Guys , Listen in the AOS form there its says that old form will expire on 09/2013. try to look that paper I think its in the end of that paper.. Dont panic just send the old form its still good until Sept of this year

Teague, the USCIS website says, "USCIS will accept previous editions dated 09/19/11 until June 23, 2013. After June 23, 2013, USCIS will only accept the 03/22/13 edition." It's still fine to use the old form, but only through the 23rd of June.
