New I-864 version

I don't get it. They received mine April 29th and nothing yet!!!???

This is so frustrating, after waiting so long for new I-864 review today we got email saying that there is a mistake in it and asked to resubmit it, which we did it and sent the package overnight shipping. Not sure if they will review the correct one immdly, Looks like we might not get interview in July

Called NVC just now.. our AOS w/ the new version and IV packets are still NOT reviewed, was told by Lisa that she can not give a definite timeframe as to when it will be reviewed since in the computer it only showed when it was received but not yet reviewed..

Just got this message now and I'm happy that at last the AOS has been reviewed. But what do they mean of the checklist again? Maybe a new I-864A since the one they got is the old one?

my hubby called NVC and they still have not review our AOS ! and they told him it takes 20 business days how come??? 20 days ??????? we have waited long already

Just called NVC and the lady confirmed that both my parents' cases are complete as of June 10. So happy that I forgot to ask about the additional evidence they mentioned in the email. I will just wait for the CC email maybe they will mention what specific doc they need during the interview.

I just called nvc guys just now, no review yet, but it seem my case is a little bit different since i sent the form with the case already completed with just my affidavit of support, so now they haven review yet my co sponsor`s one, they say it takes 15 business days and i have already 9, so i will have to wait for 6 more based on them.

CONGRATS! on your case completion... IMO, probably yes, they want the new version of I-864 on the day of your parents interview.. Good luck..

Thanks Memphis. I'm glad got CC already. Just received the checklist now. Need to submit another I-864 with some correction specifically the household size number. Waaaahh! How did I miss that. Doing it tonight and sending it to PI asap, for the interview.
