I have everything ready... once I have the medical next week, we're good to go...

but we'd have to wait a month because everything is scheduled in june... I think this only goes for the immigrant visa... cause non immigrant visas have a lot of openings in june... from what I've read.

I made our appointment on July 3...

Since I'm a DCF filer, I'm not so sure about the process of the NVC... but, I made my appointment by going to ustraveldocs.gov/ph. You should make an account first before you schedule an appointment...

I just rescheduled my appointment last night. Im not so sure now cause spots fill up pretty quickly. You can call the call center to see if there are any openings without canceling your appointment

You can callthe call center and have them check for you. Say that your afraid to lose your spot but want an earlier date, then ask if any are available. You can also see the next earlist date if u click cancel appointment when u log in. DON'T CLICK THE YES BUTTON CAUSE THAT CONFIRMS THE CANCELLATION. usually they will show u the next available date if u choose to cancel ur appointment. Thats how i saw they had openings for june. But if u dont want to do THAT CALL the call center center instead

Everyone is correct, YOU can not make the appointment with IR/CR-1, NVC makes that appointment.

You have to be patient, no matter your situation, until NVC send you the appointment information there is nothing to be done.
