How did you physically package your IV packet?

Hi,

I'm putting together our IV packet.

Since there are a lot of documents (including originals that you don't want to punch holes in), how did you package your documents together?

Did you staple photocopies together in logical sections? Did you use protective covering for your original documents (that can of course be removed)?

Did you label documents somehow so they know the foreign language documents from one another?

Would be great if there were a guide on this.

Thanks!

Thats what i did.

Make your own checklist and and arrange the documents as they are mention on your own checklist .

Do not staple any document just put rubber band on them .

Yes Label the Case number on top left hand side .
