Wow...that was really fast processing

I came from the UK on a K1 Fiancee visa and mailed AOS package 15th March 2013 - recd I-797C NOA - 22nd March 2013

Biometrics was done on 16th April 2013, but still havent heard anything back since then...file not touched since 21st March 2013...I believe that was when Biometrics letter was processed

Pre-Screener:

1. Name and date of birth

2. Petitioner's name, work

3. How did hubby get to US

4. Who petitioned them

5. Date of marriage

6. Daughter's name and date of birth

7. Have you been abroad

8. When did hubby last visit us

Then she instructed us to prepare wedding pics, chat logs, proof of remittances, love letters for they will be asked by the CO. I felt nervous co i dont have those. I only have pics.

CO:

Asked us (me and baby) to raise right hand and swear.

1. Name and date of birth

2. When did hubby last visit us

Then asked NOTHING! No documents. No pictures. Just told us CONGRATULATIONS! And told my baby, study hard when you go to US.

Re: NBI clearance- personal copy will do at the interview? or must be the one w/ the dry seal?

I included my new NBI clearance w/ dry seal to my IVpacket w/c I sent to my hubby in Memphis.

4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!
