I went to check my case today and when I logged in with my receit number it now says At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.

Why is it saying that?? Are they going to change the status or something?? Just this morning it said it was in Initial review. Anyone know???

I've been watching numbers in my "group" of numbers to see progress towards my NOA2 (almost there!) and this has been happening to them a lot. Most often the next day they end up with either an RFE or an approval. So I would wait a day or so and then try again :) It's probably a good sign! If you still can't see anything in a couple of days, then I would call. Very rarely does it stay that way for longer than a day, from what I've noticed in my tracking. Good luck!

Our EAD and AP receipt numbers did not work in the USCIS tracking system until after we received the AP/EAD combo card. AOS receipt number took an RFE occurring before it showed up.

Hi Janilea

Have you gotten anything yet after the status became unavailable in May? I am curious because that is what's happened to me just today. Status is unavailable. It was for the past 170 days.
