Its not worth it paying for a Thai to US Immigration visa service in Bangkok or Chang Mi.  They charge high rates and will provide you nothing in return but a review meetings that you have your packets fully together. You will still have to file and go get all the documents and med checks yourself.

Many are just legal forms interpreters and not registered Thai immigration lawyers.  Fake noticieros that will scam you out of over $2,000 US dollars and if you have other issues more pesos.

Many have fake websites chok full of promises and embassy ties for 100% visa good to go ok !  Lies they just want your money !

I was a scam victim myself several years back when I tried bringing my ex Thai gf over !

The real USA Gov sites will all warn you of this scams and you can print and do all the work yourself ez from real Gov sites !

The Gov has made it easier to read and understand what is going on in the Visa process.
