NVC wants Visa Form again

hi everybody i got CHECKLIST from NVC they are asking for VISA APPLICATION FORM ( Part 1 ) And i m 100% sure we did submit with IV PACKAGE . My question is what should we do now ? should speak with them or send another one in ?

what did the checklist look like? Did it specifically check anything off that it wanted or just wanted the whole thing? If it just wanted the whole thing and you've already submitted the AOS it may be a false checklist and means your AOS was accepted.

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The National Visa Center is waiting for an Immigrant Visa Application to be submitted for this case.

The Principal Applicant and any other Applicants who will be accompanying him or her to the United

States must now download and complete an Immigrant Visa Application; please visit the following

website for instructions:

I vote false checklist. Call and confirm if you want but we see it again and again. Normally means the aos has been reviewed and accepted.

If you search false checklist on vj you'll find several very similar threads.
